Guidelines
Applications are now open for Attendance Grants, providing eligible TROG members with the opportunity to attend the 2027 TROG Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) from 9-12 March 2027, in Hobart, Tasmania, at no registration cost.
Each ASM grant will cover:
Participation in either the Clinical Research Education Workshop (CREW) or Technical Research Workshop (TRW) workshop (Tuesday 9 March 2027)
Full ASM registration (10-12 March 2026)
ASM Social function tickets (Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner)
These grants are available for attendance at the following workshops:
Clinical Research Education Workshop (CREW)
Technical Research Workshop (TRW)
Successful applicants will be responsible for organising and paying for their own travel and accommodation and covering the cost of any other expenses incurred in relation to ASM/Workshop attendance.
Applications Close 23 November 2026
All applications will be assessed by a panel of reviewers, based on the eligibility criteria and the supporting documents provided. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submission, by email, on 7 December 2026.
Award recipients will be publicly acknowledged and officially presented with a certificate during the 2027 ASM.
