Weather in March
Hobart is in early autumn during the conference — mild, settled days around 21°C and cooler nights near 11°C. March is one of Hobart's driest months, with sunshine most days, so pack layers for the evening rather than heavy wet-weather gear.
What Else Is On
Ten Days on the Island, Tasmania's statewide arts festival, runs 12–21 March 2027 — starting right as the conference wraps up, so it's an easy add-on if you're staying longer. The Tasmanian Festival of Bridge is also reported to run in Hobart around the same week; worth checking closer to the date.
