Selina Elliott - Vice President Marketing & Sales Operations for the Digital Oncology portfolio, Varian USA

Selina Elliott joined Varian in 2012, and is currently leading the Marketing and Sales Operations for the Digital Oncology portfolio (ARIA CORE, Eclipse Treatment Planning, Noona Patient Engagement, ARIA CORE Insights and Mobile) under the new Siemens Healthineers structure.

Selina's career started as a Radiation Therapist at University College London Hospital where she gained experience in dosimetry planning, brachytherapy, and delivering varied specialized and advanced treatment techniques..

During her time at Varian, she has had various roles starting as an Application Specialist to multiple leadership positions in Sales and Consulting for the EMEA region before transitioning to global functions.

Over the years, Selina has supported many hospitals from small stand-alone centers to large national networks in complex change management and digital transformation programs through workflow optimization using Varian's software suite.

Passionate about access to care and health equity, Selina continues to advocate for technology-driven improvements in oncology and healthcare delivery.

Lead Medical Physicist - ICON Cancer Centre Herston

Dr. Matthew Walb is a Lead Medical Physicist based in Brisbane at Icon Cancer Centre. He obtained his PhD in physics from Wake Forest University before completing a three-year fellowship in radiation oncology at the Mayo Clinic. Prior to making the journey across the Pacific to join Icon, he was an Assistant Professor at Emory University where he pursued his clinical passions of brachytherapy and resident education. Most recently, he led the implementation of the first private Gamma Knife centre in Australia at Icon Cancer Centre Herston.
